(1) Black Screen (Screen does not light up after installation)

Cause/Solution: This may be caused by a microprocessor malfunction. Restart the car's key. If the main unit plug is unplugged and not reconnected within 5 minutes, connect the harness, lock the car for 2 hours, and keep the phone and remote key more than 20 meters away from the car. After 2 hours, check if the screen lights up. Also, ensure the main unit or screen plug is securely connected.

(2) No Display on Startup

Cause/Solution: Background data error. Reconnect the main unit plug.
Original Car Information Not Synced or Displayed

Cause/Solution: Power or protocol lines are not connected properly. Reinsert and check the cable interfaces.

(3) Switching Between Day and Night Mode

Solution: Push the right scroll wheel to the left for 3 seconds to enter the settings interface. Set to manual or automatic mode.

(4) Brightness Adjustment

Solution: Push the right scroll wheel to the left for 3 seconds to enter the settings interface. Set to the desired brightness level.

(5) Changing Car Body Color

Solution: Push the right scroll wheel to the left for 3 seconds to enter the settings interface. Set to the desired color.

(6) Switching UI Interface

Solution: Push the right scroll wheel to the left for 3 seconds to enter the settings interface. Set to the desired UI.

(7) Cannot Enter Front View Mode

Cause/Solution: Front view camera is turned off. Enable the front view camera in the settings.

(8) Device Crashes

Cause/Solution: System crash. Long press the right scroll wheel to the left to force restart.

(9) Volume Adjustment

Solution: The right side of the interface has quick access buttons for direct touch adjustment, or rotate the left scroll wheel up and down to adjust the volume.
