(1) Question: Unable to install?
Answer: Please confirm whether the model and year are selected incorrectly? Or was the wrong product shipped? Take photos and contact after-sales customer service for processing
(2) Question: No heating effect at all?
Answer: Please confirm whether the plug is installed correctly. When installing the steering wheel, connect the heating speed limiter first, and then connect the steering column plug. The heating plug needs to be plugged in tightly.
(3) Question: Buttons not working?
Answer: There is a problem with the button or there is a problem with the control box. If only part of the button function is lost, only the damaged button needs to be replaced. If all functions of the two buttons do not work, replace the control box and wiring harness.
