1. What support do we offer if there is an issue with installation?

3. Can the product be removed after installation?
Yes, the product can be removed after installation without affecting the original wiring harness of the vehicle.

4. What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer free returns and exchanges if there are any quality issues with the product upon receipt by the customer.

(1) Question: Black screen (the screen does not light up after installation)?

Answer: 1. The microprocessor may work abnormally due to other factors, and the key needs to be restarted.
2. It may be because the main unit has not been plugged back within 5 minutes after unplugging it. You need to connect the wiring harness, lock the car for 2 hours, keep the mobile phone and remote control key more than 20 meters away from the car, and check whether the screen can be lit after 2 hours.
3. It may be that the host or screen plug is not tightly plugged in, and the host plug needs to be reconnected.

(2) Question: No display at startup?

Answer: There is an error in the background data and the host plug needs to be reconnected.

(3) Question: The original car information is not synchronized or not displayed

Answer: The power cord protocol cable is blocked and you need to replug it to check the wire interface.

(4) Question: How to switch between day and night mode?

Answer: Push the right scroll wheel to the right to enter the setting interface and set the mode you need.

(5) Question: How to adjust the brightness, body color, and UI interface?

Answer: Push the right scroll wheel to the right to enter the settings interface, and set the brightness, body color and UI interface you need.

(6) Question: Why can’t I enter the front-view camera?

Answer: Turn off the front camera, turn on the front camera in the settings page

(7) Question: The machine crashed?

Answer: The system crashed. Press and hold the left scroll wheel to the left to force restart.

(8) Question: How to adjust the volume?

Answer:
1. There are shortcuts on the right side of the interface that can be adjusted directly by touching
2. Rotate the left wheel up and down to increase or decrease the volume.
